What Are You Looking For?

What is Autism?

Autism, also known as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is a complex neurodevelopmental condition that affects an individual's social interaction, communication, behavior, and sensory processing. It is called a "spectrum" disorder because it encompasses a wide range of symptoms, severity levels, and abilities.

Difficulties with Social Interaction

Those with autism can encounter difficulty in engaging with people daily. This can include them finding difficulty in comprehending the actions of another and finding it challenging to establish new relationships. In addition to this, reading and understanding non-verbal commands can be complex too.

komecare helps individuals to understand both verbal and non-verbal commands. We encourage client participation in discussions, enabling them to learn communication skills and read people’s responses and social situations.

Impaired Language

Autistic people can encounter difficulty when talking, leading to difficulties expressing their ideas. Here at komecare, we offer all the support required not to lose confidence and remain secure in their abilities. We motivate them to communicate and educate them on the importance of sharing their views, concerns, and feelings.
